This page is the ultimate minimalist way to spell-check a single word (or a whole document) without the unneeded distractions and privacy issues of using Google or another search engine. The spelling checks are done 100% client side (entirely within your browser) for 100% privacy and nothing is ever sent to a server. Right-click on any word to see the spelling choices from your browser's built-in spell checker and select the correct spelling. An added and unique benefit is the change log. Any change to a single word is added to the change log visible on this page, which you can also copy and share.

Enter chrome://settings/searchEngines into the URL bar.
